Default Wasted 3 hrs last night

It was terrible. Fished the same spot I've always fished. But for some reason the fish just dissappeared. Fished that same spot 2 night ago and could catch one every cast.

I had that same thing happen to me last week. But it was because someone else fished my spot the night before i got there.

    Default That's Fishing

Crappies are known for doing that, and its happened to me many times. When this happens, I turn around and fish off the other side of the boat. They often go deeper or scatter for a number of reasons. Sometimes I find them within 10-20 feet from the spot where I caught them the day before.

If what you are doing aint workin.......do some thing else. Fish deeper, change presentation, move. Some nights they just don't bite. It' the challenge that makes it fun, that's also the reason they call it fishing, not catching.

My worst day of fishing was always better than any day having to work.

howdy; unless the fish you are going after are already mounted they have a tednancy to 'move' maybe for food, temp., or looking at the same old seanery, or momma fish said so. don't lock yourself into one spot. get out and explore. tarfu
