Now thats cool stuff right there.:D
Was digging around in my old fishing (stuff) today and came across this old 22 cal. jig I made in winter of 1957. My dad had taken me to the KC sport show and bought me a fly tying kit, it didn't come with a jig mold, so having a whole coffee can full of empty 22's I soldered a jig hook to it then shoved feathers and glue up in the shell, trimmed the feathers and it worked. Feathers were missing on this one so I shoved a tube jig inside with krazy glue and would bet it will work, in fact I can't wait to try it out again......Pain in the butt to solder hook to shell I do remember that...... I not crazy just sufferin from CABIN FEVER...... LAKE FROZE.......I was 12 years old at this time......

Pitching jigs, catching slabs, life is good
Very clever. How's your aim with a .22? Can you place that jig in a paper cup at 50 yards?:D
