    Has anyone fished Lakeview recently? I am planning on going Father's day and was wondering what the crappie are biting.

    You'll be better off driving to Tunica cutoff. The river is at a good stage.

I am planning on going Father's day and was wondering what the crappie are biting.[/QU Been catching limit in a couple hrs. left of pier between radio tower and water tower in 18ft fish 10 to14ft. some small ones caught 17 yes. 3/4 lb to1 1/2 lb rest of them were average lakeview fish.

    I went and was conqered! I caught two small fish. I used jigs, plastics, even live minnows. Most of the fish I found was in deeper water but I could not get them to bite. I feed them everything but my boat! Oh well ... I still enjoyed the beautiful day.

    Where is LAkeview? I have never heard of this lake.

    Lakeview is located off Hwy 61 going towards Tunica right below the Mississippi/Tennessee state line.
