Default A tough 2 days but fun 2 days

A tuffy for sure.Everyone was moving trying to mark fish and then when you did ,trying to lift was a whole different story.
Mallard and I hunkered down together.SBF was nearby .Chopperman,Moosehead,Cupcake and friend,DPirilla& Margaritaville,Larby and friend with son,A few others from Multispecies.com were all in attendance. About 16 in toll I'm thinking.

Here's a few picks from the day.
Larby's friend's son caught this one on a tipup.

    His Dad...

Mallard with a super gill on T.H.E. Jig.

    And a slab...

Here's a video of another slab...

    another mule....

    and another beauty...

Moosehead was getting the hang of working T.H.E. Jig

He turned on the country and the fish came alive...who knew? :o

Doug was also in the running early...

Doug and Steve headed out to Wilkins with 2 other fellow .Don't know if they did any good ,but I'm sure they will report...here they are..

Mallard and I where having some fun together once again.
We sure do give each other grief.
Here we are having a time...

    CupCake hit early too.

MT would have begged to go home with this fellar.
    Great smile over the battle.

I wished the bite had been stronger.
BSL can eat you up if your not used to these super tuff bites.
It was still fun and I had a great time with everyone.
I did a video that Mallard has in his camera that was titled"What you got"?
SBF,Mallard and myself are going back in the morning....someone need some vindication! :?

    Day 2...
SBF Redeems himself right away with this nice 13" slab..

Mallard and I sure did give him the business for going skunked on the 1st day.
It sure was not for a lack of trying. Most guys would have left and several did early today when they could not catch those fish.Well it's either that or they got tired of our Ka-Chings.

Mallard got out on a quick start too. They each had 2 and I was thinking is it my day to go skunkola'd???
Here's a beaut if I say so myself.

SBF snags the big eye of the day....

I caught SBF out workin hard as the fish were not showing in our houses. Those guys earlier had scads of hole so we took advantage of them runnin and gunnin.

I had been gunnin as well.It was 16 degrees ,but with my Artic Armor on I had a sweat going.
I caught several hitting those holes looking for aggresive fish.
    Here's one.

Got a few cranks on another slab but it came unpinned.
We stayed right to the end but the action really dropped of.

The three amigos got a parting shot before we left.

Looking back the bite was tough...no doubt about it ,but by downsizing to 100th's we did take a few meals and really the guys that came out made the time great.

Looks like fun. I moved to Flordia 20 years ago to get away from that white stuff and the below 30 degree tempature. I fish 12 months a year mostly in tempatures 50 degrees and above.

Great catch and looks like you all are having fun. Great eating.

I caught 18 3/4lb plus today and one 2-3 lb bass. Wore a sweater.
