    Correction! REAL tough bite! The day was great, smooth water, not too cold....just no keepers. I ended up with 9 keepers and my buddy caught only1. Fish were very scattered. One here, one there.

    Did you guys try the Electric Chicken?? I am sure it was good for a keeper or two! Rule on Stockton is 3 days of stable weather for a good bite and we just can't seem to get that right now. It would have been nice to be out.

    Hey Bender, as a matter of fact, I did catch a keeper on the E-Chicken. Tried the bone white...nothing. Most were caught suspended in about 50ft of water at about 18 t0 25ft. Best colors were motor oil char, and red and white. No pattern to the fish, would see some great brush but it wouldn't have fish on it. The fish I caught were in open water.
