    What else can be done not to kill a short fish or any fish caught from deep water? I have heard of fizzing....but I ususally keep legals and haven't caught any from deeper than 20-22 fow.....

    I saw this trick from some one and it works everytime. Maybe Chatt. Cant remember. But if you just close their mouth and drop them in head first they go down every time.

    side slap them on the water surface
    kinda like a belly flop for us releases there air quick
    been doing this about 4 winters now with no problems

    I just squeeze there stomach a few times near their swim bladder and drop them in and they swim right off.

    I have never caught a crappie before, but if I did catch one this is what I would do. Just saying if I was lucky enough.

    Not really, spent the morning helping a lady get out some junk thing some guy put her money in and it's the start of tax season. Now the the markets are closed I am getting ready to head out for a quick goose hunt in gardner since the fishing has not been worth a darn... Not that I have every caught any. :D

    You going to stop by for a beer again one of these nights. I have BLVD pale ale on tap again.
    It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D

    Had to give up all alkeehal for the time being...doctor's orders...quit smoking too. BA is a real dull guy. But would love to stop by and bs with ya...
