Airport near Grizzly's

I am looking to find out what airport would be best to fly into to go to Caruthersville, Mo to go to Grizzly's get together.

I suspect Memphis is your best bet for commercial airline.

i would contact the show host's as they should have a handle on whats in that area,,if you are doing a small private deal there show's to be a small strip at caruthersville,good luck

How big of plane are you planning on flying in on? Dyersburg is only about 20 or 30 minuites from there. They can handle some pretty big planes. I have flown in there several times. Dyersburg Municipal airport, Dyersburg Tenn.

No I am not flying myself, I wish I was. I wanted to know the closest commercial airport. How far of a drive is Memphis??

memphis will be about 2 -2.5 hours from there. I guess that is about your best bet. Cheaper to fly nashville maybe or little rock but then your out 3.5 hours.

I can drive from Memphis to the Illinois border in 2 1/2 hours, so that is not right. One of my nephews lives just east of Memphis so I do this often enough.

Was just looking at my copy of a Rand McNally road map and see it shows 2 hr 43 min from Cairo to Memphis. Not bad.
