thats good to hear some body standing behind their product. Ive had rods to break never had a problem with them exchangeing them I always keep the receipt to be safe.
I bought a boat cover at Bass Pro in March of 2007. Worked well till recently when high winds and snow/ice caused it to rip across the center. It didn't split in the seam, but started where my console starts and across from there. The 5 year warranty covered "defects", which typically means seam seperations in the warranty world. I took the cover along with the receipt up to BPS tonight and they exchanged it, no questions asked. Got it back on the boat just before the rain started. It's nice when a company takes care of a customer so painlessly, especially concerning warranty issues, and I thought it deserved mentioning.
