i wish you the best scott, but the wind is supposed to gust to over 40 and that makes twain pretty tough.
Anyone going to try to beat the wind this weekend and pursue the crappie? I want to hit MTL this weekend, but I can't go until Sunday and wouldn't you
know it the wind is suppose to be the worse on Sunday.Anyone have any ideas on where I should give it a try to keep out of the wind? I thought about fishing around the 107 bridge or Ray Behrens. What do ya think? Unless the wind is blowing 50 mph I will be out there. Any ideas let me know. Thanks.

Good luck,I hate fishing in the wind, don't mind rain,cold,heat,snow-but wind just makes everything hardX10!
Gusting pretty good already this morning.
With the weekend forecast it looks as if i do any fishin it will be from a dock somewhere.....i'll go out there in some bad conditions but 25mph with gusts to 40 is downright dangerous,if you go out be careful things can get bad in a hurry.

I am pondering that decision now, watching the weather waiting on my partner to call. Caught a few at the bluffs by the dam yesterday but the wind will kill that spot. Good luck all.
