Like you I'm still going out for Crappie but haven't come up with a winning pattern yet.
I believe you fish North of me so that makes you born again hard because its even colder where you are.
I use heated cloths so may try to get out tomorrow and try to catch a few.
Have a good one from Laurel MD.

It was tough for me yesterday also. Caught plenty of fish.
    About 100 yellow perch, 4 bass(up to 4lbs) and about 50 crappie.

The tough part was that only 1 crappie was over 10" and only 4 perch over 10".

Morning surface temp was 35 and it got up to 39 at noon.

The yellow perch are moving in thick

it's fun catching that many, but not if you can't keep them.you gotta move when you are only catching small ones.
