Default Crappie study by KDFW, 2004

Here's an interesting read from Ky. Fish & Wildlife about the crappie tracking study they performed in 2004.

You should start reading at the bottom of the page as the study started in March 1, 2004 (at the bottom) thru June 7, 2004 (at the top)

KY: Kentucky Dept Fish and Wildlife -

I can't find any more recent study than 2004.

This is nice. I like to see what license sales go to. This kind of stuff also holds up in court when anti groups try to challenge fishing. How do you think they lost dove hunting in wisconsin?

This study is the very reason i started spider rigging in 5-7 ft of water when the lake reaches 55 deg...

The study seems to indicate the blacks going shallow a lot earlier than the whites.
