    I have 2-55 gallon barrels with fish in them one has about 16 bluegillthe other just a skeeter fish. Id like to get some sort of bait minnows/shad that would be easy to keep with minimal aeration throughout the winter. I saw some rosey red at petco but they were all really small thin juveniles. Any recomendations?

    get some minnows from a local bait shop and a small aereator from wal-mart and they will live forever in the cooler months. by the way there was a similar thread a few days back with pics of some other members set ups. search minnow tanks and you should see it
