Update on mom...

is good! First, thanks to all who prayed for her and her surgeons. Quadrupal bypass with valve repair plus some extras, and all went well. She is progressing really well. We are waiting to hear when she can be released and if she will need some sort of in home care. Many trips back to the east side of the state over the last couple of weeks has put a hold on the fishin'. Nice warm front has settled over the state for the next several days. Maybe...

Glad to hear it went well. Now I am sure in a bit she will feel better. Look out for that what ever it is that comes from being on that heart pump for a long time like that. I know it sure did things to me for about a year or longer and had to push my self into doing things again. Just lost interest in a lot of stuff.

I'll keep as close an eye on her as I can. She lives on the east side of the state so I'm a few hours away, but have a couple of sisters that will keep us posted. Thanks again.
