    Smile I'm my own Guide...

Found the fishes in 12-15ft hanging out on the ledges. Water temp varied 58-62. Bite was lite. Color was chartreuse. Minners used as appetizers.

Big Sandy River, Tn. I love this river.

Cold snap, but warming back up. Turned the fish off. Hard to get a fish. You AND DonG got your bags packed yet?

Water temp needs to drop 10 degrees here and stay there and quit rising for a while.

    Default Crazy Rednecks

I hear that Tom! You'll have to keep me posted as to when the bite picks up enough for me to haul the boat back down to the big lake. Until then I'll be hitting the watershed. We fished hard today and came up fishless. Though, sauger fishing will be getting hot before too long. I'm looking forward to that. 'Bout seen a nice pile up at the boat ramp. some redneck come haul'n butt right through the no wake zone and to beat all went full blast between a guy in his boat and the trailer being backed into the water. beat all I ever seen.

Good to talk to ya today at the ramp. Will be getting with you sooner or later.

I didn't fish yesterday or today. I was putting out the brush, etc.

Looks like I need to go ledge huntin'. lol

Thanks for sharing and giving the rest of us saps something to shoot for.

Going tomorrow. First three hours; crappie fishing Ouachita: rest of the day; hunting wild turkey from a Double Bull Blind on the north shore. I don't know if it gets better than this, but this ain't bad. <><
