    Hey Jake:

Fall Crappie Camp 2008 was GREAT! The weather was perfect, the fishing was OK and the food and fellowship were TERRIFIC!

Darryl took a lot of pictures and is working on getting them posted. In the mean time here are a few pictures from my trips to wet your appetite.

    Friday with Mike and Anita:

Saturday with my son Owen, Alex Hinson, Keith Catfish Sutton, Ed Moes (crappie.com owner) and Tom Jozsi:

And this morning with a whole boat load of Crappie Campers:

The only other picture I got was with Owen and the 15.5-inch Crappie he caught on Saturday:

I know a lot of folks were taking pictures so hopefully they'll post them soon.

Jerry thanks again for a wonderful trip this morning. My dad and I had a great time. I know I sure learned a lot today. It was a pleasure meeting you.

Darryl, it was nice meeting you too. Thanks to you both for organizing crappie camp. We all really enjoyed the seminar you guys scheduled.

I too had a GREAT time! MAN I learned alot. Thanks to Jerry, Darryl and everyone else that helped put this on. Its a great feeling to have met people of common interest that can come together and share information and have such great fellowship. I can't wait until spring!!

I learned SOO much...lol. I also learned that agrihawg, his dad, and I did EVERYTHING wrong friday..lol...well not everything...we had the pole, the minnows, and the hopes and dreams...just not the how to's...lol :D

I did catch my first crappie...and will NOT be my last. The Ranger is beginning its transformation from a bass rig to a crappie/bass rig very soon. lol Got ALOT of ideas from studying Jerry and Darryls boats!

Agains THANKS for the great weekend!!
