How Many Jigs

I am new to crappie fishing. I have only used the crappie rigs where you use two minnows at a time.

I was wanting to try jigs. How many do you tie onto your line at a time?

I use one or two jigs. I usually tie two jig heads to the line then put the baits on them, but often I will use just plain hooks and a 1 ounce bank sinker on the bottom bellow the hooks and then put a grub or tube jig on the hooks. BUt this time of year, jig heads with eyes often work out the best, especially if youare not planning to tip the jig with a minnow.

You will want to check your state laws, many states only allow 2 hooks or lures on each rod.
