    Default Truman on Saturday

Looks like we'll be their in the morning on Saturday. Anyone else heading down there? Hope this cold front didn't shut them down. I now have my CDC sticker on my old Champion.

We got on the water a little after 7. There was a bass tourney launching when we got there. Fished till noon and wound up with 14 keepers. Also caught a few shorts. Pic is of largest 5. Cutting board is 15 inches wide. Didn't measure or weigh any.

The wind was terrible. Boat control was very difficult to say the least. All our fish came from main lake flats and were caught in 9 to 12 feet of water fishing 1 to 2 feet from the bottom. Black/Char Slab Busters on 1/8 oz jigheads.

Was an enjoyable time inspite of the wind.
