    Default Smithville Fishing Report


    Today's KC Star fishing report said crappies are excellent on jigs and minnows in the main lake brush at Smithville Lake. Has anyone fished Smithville latley to confirm the reports?

    I've been fishing the river section up north.I've gotten the bigger ones on jigs,but minnows get the most bites.They seem to bite best between 9 and noon for me.
