Fish oil pills
My doctor told me I need to start taking fish oil pills for my screwed up blood. I asked him what if I just went fishing more and ate more fish? He said that would work too. I guess the bottom line is "fishing is good for your health". Works for me.

Ain't it funny how canned food like sardines, pork and Beans, potted meat, and vienna sausages, taste so much better on a boat than they do in your kitchen - maybe it is the fishy smelling hands or something
