    It was tougher than normal on Saturday. The new pedal for the trolling motor did NOT fix the problem so we were forced to stay out of the brush. Caught two nice fish and tons of dinks. I should say Hubby caught two nice fish and I caught lots of shorts. I laid down and took a nap it was so bad. We left early and came back home on Saturday afternoon. The new trolling motor should be here tomorrow! YEAH!

    We met a couple of crappie fishermen at the ramp and they all had less than five fish for the entire morning so we didn't feel as bad. And they were jigging!
