    Default Friday at Bucksaw

Got down to Bucksaw friday with a friend from work and ended up with 20 good crappie by 11:00 am. The bite seemed the same in 6ft. to 10ft. water and after 11:00 it seemed to stop. Fished up above and below the cut. All in all it turned out to be a good morning.

Good to hear from you J.J.'s. Are you going to put in at Bucksaw? We had talked about putting in at Sparrow Foot cause we heard they were being caught up shallow around there also. Hanen't made our minds up yet. Maybe we will run in to you both. Good fishing to ya.

Fished the Big Tebo arm Friday. Fish were on fire. It was like the spawn was going again. Caught fish casting to the bank in 6 ft. of water. Some were right at the bank. Most fish came from dipping trees in less than 9 ft of water. But also caught some on the bridge pillars down about 12 ft. Pretty good day. The best time was between 11am and 2pm. The sun pushed them up tight to the trees.

Wish I could have been there, Jared. I'll be cashing in that raincheck on the next trip.:D
