How do you make a sticky thread.

I am wanting to make a sticky thread for BIG FISH for my state. If someone could tell me how I would appreciate it. Thanks

You can not make a sticky unless you are a moderator. Go to the bottom of your state page and the name or names of the state moderator will be there. Send a PM to the Mod and ask about making a sticky for BIG FISH for your state board.
