Default Many PM's said post this picture on the main forum

Some people on the Panfish and Bream forum PM'd or called and asked me to put these pictures on the main forum so many others would see them. I have asked it be moved from the Bluegill forum to the main crappie fishing forum. Please add your comments on this thread. Also post pictures of your bank fishing setup.

You know, I got tired of lugging all the equipment around when bank fishing. Us old men get to huffing and puffing when you have to make long walks back to the truck to get something....or just to move from one bank fishing spot to another.............. :D:D:D:D

I'd rather save my energy and fight the fish. Anyway, this is how I roll when I bank fish. With the high cost of gas, I suspect more and more people will bank fish especially for Bluegill, SHELLCRACKERS, or Crappies. Enjoy the pictures.

You are one sick puppy Ship but I like the rig.
We used to build a variation of that for saltwater known as The Jetty Machine.

Dang man, I LIKE that drop slot for the fish, thats good thinkin there, horsefly.
That counterbalance weight puts you in a class of yur own. Nice job!!!!!

PS I havent caught a thing on the jigs I got from you a while back. Probably cuz they're so purty I keep em in display positions in my tackle box to impress fishin partners with, none of em ever been in the water.

    Thanks.

I am very sick. I have "FISH POX" and I hear it is very contageous to adult males and females who love Crappies. They just lay awake at night trying to figure out how to catch them.

I had to figure out a way to keep it from tipping over when I took the cooler off to sit on it. I got tired of looking for bricks or a log to keep it steady and came up with the heavy iron pipe elbow idea.

This is the top view of the cooler slot.

If y'all start building these and selling them, be sure to send me my 20% profit for planting a seed in your garden.

Those are real nice pictures and ideas Ship.
Question: where do you carry your lunch or Kool-Aid, dont see a place for it.

Just a thought, use the handles on the orange cooler to hang your lunch, and on the other side for Kool-Aid.

Another question how wide a slot for what lb of fish, like for example green crap (just kidding)

Might add some back pack straps for when the terrain is not, "roll friendly", other than that, not a bad rig.

Gotta love ingenuity. Is that originally a golf bag cart?

    QUOTE FROM CHAUNC

"No need to worry about poisonous snakes in my area of the country. And snakes dont bother me and i dont bother them. If they get in my space, i'll take a branch or stick and just flip it away. Even used my ugly stick one time."

I'll still carry my pistol. It is not on the cart caddy but I promise you it is nearby. I carry a .22 in my pocket. Yes, I have a pistol permit. You never know when there is a snake in the grass..............two legged or crawling on their belly.
