FroggerZ is correct .....
Photobucket is free (has a join free option), and it has two options that you need to consider : One is making a picture into an Avatar. The other is the resizing of pics that you download to your Photobucket album ... choose Large 640x480 as your download size option. The pic will be big enough to show good detail, and still be site friendly.
Have any trouble with figuring out how to use Photobucket, post pics, etc. .... give me a hollar, and I'll see what I can do (PM me, in other words)
