Congrats on your fine- little TLC and it will be ready to go, good luck with work ahead.
well i had no luck last season getting a running motor for my lil 14ft jon boat, so i missed crappie season..i spent the winter rebuilding a 25hp johnson...its done and ready to go but yesterday i found an 18ft alumacraft jon boat with a 35hp johnson both 1984 ..that runs good...been looking for a cheap used 18fter for a few years now...something big and stable........i found it on craigslist and called the guy and went seen it..we put it in the water and i ran it...it ran like a scalded ape...130 psi on both clinders ......he wanted $1000 for it.. but he went down to $900 so i bought it :D
needs alil work on the inside..i'll be replacing the casting deck and i'll put a false floor in it and add my seats...the trailer is kinda short for it so i'll be looking for another trailer soon also...
here she is....
