    Default Fishing log

This question has probably been asked before but I can' seem to find any posts on it. What do you guys use for a fishing log? I've been using MS Word but I need something more convenient. I'm thinking about using Excel but I really don't like dealing with that program. Is there software out there that serves this purpose??

Wow. I just use a pen and paper. No system failures or loss of data in 45 years.

Same here. No trouble pulling out the old notes.

I use spiral bound notebooks. One each year. Label the front with the year, then I set up the pages the same with each entry. I had one on the computer in MS Word, but my hard drive crashed and I didn't have it backed up. Good thing I still had it written in the notebooks. I also have a small planner type notebook that zips closed that I keep on the boat with me to take notes. I can't always remember everything to put in the books once I get home, so writing info like depth, jig color or whatever while on the lake helps me later.
