Default Grilled slabs and taters recipies.. Had it tonite

    Slabs

    1. Marinate slabs in Itialian dressing about 4 hours before grilling.
    2. Place on grill and cook for 4-5 min each side. Best done with slabs placed
in shrimp clamshell to prevent fish from falling into grill.

    Taters.

    1. Thin slice taters (with or without peels).
    2. Sprinkle taters with season salt and some garlic salt. Not too much.
    3. Cover with squeeze parkay (butter) to cover taters lightly.
    4. Place taters in tinfoil (spray inside foil with Pam to prevent sticking).
    5. Seal taters in tin foil and cook about 20 min on grill.

This is good stuff here folks. Yum...yum...

Hey, Tom.......looks like a good recipe. I've got a good sized package of crappie to try that with. Been following your robotic quest, can't wait to see the outcome.

Yeah, we fix them like that too. Usually I mix other veggies in with the taters. Onions, squash, carrots, mushrooms, whatever you like.
