depends on the program that your using to view/edit. A lot of the photo programs have a resizing option that allows you to resize the photo by pixels, inches, etc..

Hey, Mississippi......Go to this link to download a simple and small resizer.

    http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx

Once on the site, scroll down looking for "image resizer" on the right. Download it, then just rt. click on a photo, select "resize picture." If you use the "attatchment" size, select "advanced," then "custom" and enter 440 x 330. If you want to use the URL method which has no size restriction, you enter 700 x 525, but you must first find a site to store your pics in order to acquire an URL for them. Once done, just "copy" the URL, either start a new thread or a reply, enter your text and click on the small yellow box just above the text and "paste" the URL in the pop-up box in the upper left corner of the page, hit "ok," then click on "preview post" and you can see the pic before you post it. As a place to store your pics online, I use www.photobucket.com . Just go there and choose the free one, follow the prompts to set it up. Make sure you resize your pics before you place them on Photobucket. Use the browse function there to access pics to import to the site, left click on the pic once, then select "open," and it will load it to Photobucket, select "submit" and it will take a few seconds to load, and you are ready to copy the URL and go post as described above. Sounds complicated, but once you do it, you'll see it's simple.
