Went out late afternoon yesterday. Tried some spots where there was 3'-5' of water close to where I had caught shallow fish a couple of weeks ago.
I caught 11 nice fish, about half of them were black males.

I was using the jig/float and staying back off the fish. This tells me there is still some spawning going on, just got to find the right places.

I went this morning around coontown. Had to leave feeling a little under the weather. I caught some small females with eggs in 12 foot of water fishing 8 foot deep.
