    Default Homemade seat post storage

I thought I would share this with everyone. I have no cup holders or anything to store spray or water bottle up front while fishing so I made this. Still needs to add some paint to it or finish cleaning them up. Made out of 3" pvc pipe and used a cutting board for the bottom and glued them togther with a hot glue gun.

Here are a couple more pictures, I used a rotozip make (2) 1/2" long slot by about 1/4" wide, down from the top about 1-1/2" and about 1-1/2" apart. Then just threaded the hose clamp through and tighted it down. Before I mounted them I took a cheap cutting board marked out the inside of the pipe. And cut them with a coping saw, then tapped them in with a hammer down about 1/8" then used a hot glue gun on the inside and outside. It probably need's a hole in the bottom to let water drain out.

Those are pretty neat. You could also put them on a bracket off 2 of the bolts under the seat, then you won't have to bend over to reach them. Always good to see money saving ideas.
