open the vent on the tank. It's the little round thing on top of the gas cap. Twist it counter clockwise.
i have a 15hp for some reason its not pulling gas from the tank when i get it started and take off i have to pump the bulb every 15 to 20 seconds to keep it running if i do not it will die whats the problem

You may also have a faulty primer bulb on your fuel line...
fuel line and tank are new only the third time used .the bulb will get tight when u pump it up i have the arrow going toward the motor with the longest side going into the motor
On all of the motors that i've ever owned, the long part of the hose always went to the gas tank. The arrow is facing the right way but there's something not right about your hose setup.
Could possibly be something with the fuel pump....
you have a air leak my buddy had the same thing with his 150 hp motor it was in the fuel line in the cowl a rat got a hold of the line
had an experience similar to that. I had to keep pumping bulb to keep a friends motor running. Come to find out he had a split in the rubber diaphram of his fuel pump. If the hose line and bulb are positioned properly, and they've worked fine up til now, I'd be looking at the fuel pump.
Another thing to look at/consider .... new fuel lines may have tiny pieces of rubber inside them, whether from the mfg or from the cutting/splicing or installing proceedure. It could be that they're blocking the jets, until extra pressure is applied (pumping the bulb continuously). Could also be some junk left in the tank. (just speculating on these two points)
If the motor has a gas reservoir bowl, check to see if it empties when the motor is running and you don't pump the bulb. That may indicate that the pump is OK, and the problem occurs before the gas gets there ... ie - back at the fuel line/bulb/tank connections. (again, just speculating)

That is a classic symptom of a bad fuel pump. Kits are about $20 and its an easy job.
