Speed clips

Anybody using Bill Norman speed clips tp fasten your crankbaits on while trolling?

I tried them one season, when wally world quit having
the little Arkie snaps I had been using - had a couple
or three unexplainable "uncouplings", lost whole crankbait
and fish off of them Swiched over to Berkley
cross-lock snaps now. A little more aggravating to get baits
on and off, but so far no problems.

They may be alright for trolling but but i sure didn't like 'em for casting at least for larger baits. I lost several good spinnerbaits and a zara spook before I gave up on them when bass fishin.
