Vacation finally! Hook me up with something prefably that has
scales and will hit some hardware! That's what my Dad calls my
artificials. What is the easiest species to catch with a couple
kids mixed in? When they are pulling the most water during generation
are the white's or stripers present? What about anchor or drifting
for catfish?Thanks

If you want to have fun with the kids make you up some jugs for those catfish. Put the jusgs out the go throw your haradware for a while and come back and get you mess of catfish.. I just got back from Eufaula and had a blast with the jugs. We caught over 70 cat.. we had fun... Good Luck...

You should be able to catfish drifting in the tailrace of the dam. I caught some bass on the flats right up above that golf course, its been 3 weeks ago now I guess maybe 4. We couldln't keep the catfish and drum off our baits then.
