    not so much as a fishing report as it is a smoker report lol....my buddy and his dad went out saturday and slayed the kingfish off of PCB....caught a big one ..prob 40+ lbs.. then 4 more average sized....he called me up and said to get the pit ready he was dropping it all off......i cut it all up and got it marinating then sunday i started smoking it all up..,made a dip and some smoked mushrooms,onions, jalepenos,cheese.....6+ hrs on the smoker ..all i can say is that it taste even better than it looks lol

    If it tastes better than it looks, it must have been some kind of delicious. I can't say I've ever tried smoked fish, probably because the only one's I've seen were in a can! But your pics are sure making me want to try some! :D

    You can take that king and cut it into about 2 inch chuncks or if you punch the balls take them and wrap them with bacon and thow on the pit. Man that is some great stuff too!
