    Thumbs up Crankin up some crappies


    Went to Sardis with 2 friends on Saturday morning. Boated 39 crappie in 5 hours. Kept 24. All were taken on StrikeKing Pro Model crankbaits series 5,
    HC5-503,509,and 513. Also StrikeKing RedEye Shad 511 and 392.

    nice to know the baits, but how deep were they and in how much water?

    Bum, the fish came from 30-22 feet deep water. The fish were the depth or just below the depth the crank baits ran.

    This may sound like a strange question.

    Were you using a downrigger when you were doing that? Also, how fast were you going?

    Thanx dewd. I like the bleeding shad, multi species magnet! I use the smaller model alot.
