    the bite was shut off today....40 friggen boats and not a single boat hooked up on fish- we had to get in the SHOOT Them with the speargun......they were deep too - 25 t0 30 feet down.....

    time to go to "other" places for spades.....

    cruised cape henry for macs on the way home and slayed em - i kept 5

    Finding them is no problem at all, I know several places they hang out all summer. It wasnt my idea to go to the overcrowded overfished tower, thats where they wanted to go just because they had never been and heard all the hipe about it..........there are several wrecks that hold spades all summer with in 6 miles of Rudee instead of running 14 out to the tower......
