Welcome from High Rock Lake, North Carolina...the "east side"
I am a Noob to the board !!! I have been tournament "BASS FISHING" for 16 years. But now, I want to learn more about Crappie fishing. I have fished for crappie in small ponds and in the Tallapoosa River(Butlers Mill Dam), but really never new how to find crappie on major impoundments. Is there anyone in the Cobb,Douglas,Paulding(GA) areas that fish for crappie on a regular basis that wouldn't mind showing a bass angler "the ropes" so to speak. I'm thinking Allatoona.

Welcome from the Florida Panhandle. I see a few posts from guys in your area on here. You might consider posting your request on the GA. board if you haven't done so already. I joined here a few months ago and I have been completely amazed at the amount of good people and their wealth of information that they openly share on this sport. I used to bass fish a lot myself, but I really now only target crappie and bream.Crackers as I really enjoy eating, Plus, the crackers put up a great fight.:D:D:D
