Where are they?

Any good crappie holes in n/w Chicago area,just moved here.I hear a lot of these retention ponds are decent.

Retention ponds can be good. Best thing to do is to explore the local forest preserves and find the crappies. Alot of the FP have lots of crappies but not much in the size factor but a few lakes do hold some quality crappies. Best thing is to explore. By the way welcome to the site!
