    Lightbulb little help


    has anyone used those red hooks? if so do you notice any difference? I read that they work good but i'm still weary.let's pray this weekend is the one!!!

    My experience is that I cannot tell the difference....there is alot of speculation that red turns black in several feet of water, although I am sure water clarity has alot to do with that. I have red , chartruese, orange, glow , and brass hooks in my tacklebox..... brass has been my most productive , but a couple years ago , CUSA tournament top finisher was using red hooks , drift fishing sandbars main part of the lake....

    I suggest to try them , if they don't work , switch to something else.
