Hi All,
New member here and just wanted to say hello to everyone. Am getting back into crappie fishing after a LONG hiatus (more than 20 years) so I look forward to relearning the sport. We recently moved back to MO after many years in the Denver area, was a flyfishing trout addict out in CO and am absolutely loving getting back into fishing the "big" waters again. I grew up crappie fishing at Stockton and Pomme de Terre, some of the funnest times of my life. The info exchange here is great and I can't wait to start adding my $0.02 (although I have to admit to being a little nervous, as I can tell that you all are way out of my league right now, please excuse any dumb questions or comments!).
Good fishing!

We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish

Welcome, I'm new to sight also and I have to say there are some really great people on here willing to share tips and offer a kind word of advise.
A Bad Day of Fishing is Better Than a Good Day of Work!
Welcome from Clinton Mo. Fairly new myself, but I have noticed that everyone is willing to share their wisdom. It always seems funny to me when you talk to somebody on the lake that has caught a good mess of fish and you happen to ask where about they caught them and they just beat around the bush and end up not giving any information. I don't believe I could single handedly hurt the fish population on Truman lake. So ask all you want, everyone here tells.
