Default Mustard Dipped Deep Fried Crappie Recepie

    1. Put flour and corn meal in a brown bag. (I use 3 parts meal to 1 part
    flour.)

    2. Put yellow mustard in a bowl. Don't be stingy.

    3. Take fillets and slop around in mustard.

    4. Place basted fillets in brown bad and shake the shheet out of it.

    5. Put in deep fryer. Don't over cook 'em and don't put too many in deep fryer
    at a time.

    Yum...Yum...

I too use a similiar one on catfish. I use mustard and milk combined but otherwise same.
