    Default Crappie and the Rain!

Fished this morning in a downpour with my Buddy-Greg Cross from Onidea,Tn. .Started at 7:00 in a downpour and quit at 11:00 in the same! We did manage to catch 16 crappie and a dandy Gill!! Guess they liked the hard rain as it sure improved the bite!! Been real slow this spring due to constant weather changes! Had alot of fun and both of us managed to get soaked despite rain suits! Look at Gregs shirt in the picture and you"ll see what I mean!!:D Water temp. ranged from 66*-68*,Fish were all caught on Rosey Reds!!

    Hey Dennis

Nice fish. I am glad I got out yesterday....

My butt always gets gaulded when (after) I fish in the rain.

I am an old tender tail.

Me and old Tom T. Hall agree, I like fishing in the rain. Most of our rain comes with some good ole big storms though down here. Good job and nice catch. Ferdi aka Fred

Sweet catch, nicely done, haven't fished much lately in the rain, but if this weather patern keeps up, if I plan on fishing it's gonna be in the rain.
