    Default Gravois/Lower Lake??

Has anyone heard if the shallow action is still on in the Gravois/ Lower Osage? I haven't been able to get there in 2 weeks, but last time I was there we did pretty good. I have been fishing Hillsdale in KS, and doing alright though. Any info is appreciated, and I will let everyone know how I did on Monday of next week.

Did real well last weekend in Lower Osage, I'll hit it again this weekend. If I don't do any good there, I'll head back up the gravois and try.

Just talked to a buddy's Dad who fished around the 5 MM the last 2 days. He got close to a limit both days......but they were B I G and they were mostly females. He caught one that was 15 1/3"! After he filleted it, he wished he would've gotten it mounted. All were on the banks and the eggs were mushy and bloody.

That area is becoming one of my favorite areas of loz to fish because of the the size and it seems the black crappie outnumber the whites by a bunch there.....just gotta be careful fishin that area now that its time for the big boats to come out.

Good luck to you guys. Looks like the weather is going to be good for a couple of days. Sure wish I could get there to enjoy it.

I heard they are still on in the general vicinity of the Gravois and Lower Osage. I'll be there this weekend and let y'all know how I do.
