    Default Lower Osage

My boy and I fished in the Bagnell Dam area today, I think that's the Lower Osage right? At any rate we brought home 23, and if it wasn't for the lightning chasing us off the water...there's no doubt in my mind we woulda got our 30. The fish we caught were about 20ft off the banks and 4-6ft deep. All females except 2 of em. Eggs mushy and bloody. The flavor of the day was White/Chartruese Slab Busters. Water temp was 59.9 to 61.4. We tried the banks, but we didn't do any good..so we backed off the bank about 20-30ft and found em.

Nice. That's my neck of the woods, at least when I can get there. (You were not below the dam were you?)

We were above the dam in the lake. Fishin off what bluffs we could find. You could see the spray from the flood gates from the lake side..pretty neat.
