    Question Dave-Question about Kerr

Is it a COE restriction to have permanent docks on Kerr? Blackie just got home from fishing yesterday afternoon and this morning. He & his son caught 30 from 10'' to 14 1/2". They were fishing Bluestone,I think, but said all they saw were floating docks. Blackie is a dock fisherman but don't like the floating type.

    Thanks Dave

floating docks is all i have ever seen on kerr, let them know that if they pull up to a dock not to tie up on it,that will give you a ticket if the owner complans.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was corrected about this by a dock fisherman. He stated that all docks float. If it is stationary it is a pier. I had made the mistake of asking if he had been shooting piers. He stated he didn't shoot piers only docks. I made the mistake of asking. What's the difference? He told me at length.
