Hey Tube......you did well to get that one in the boat on a crappie rig. How long did it take to bring him to the net?

    Thumbs up

I have a picture of a 11# channel I caught last week on my crappie rig on the Illinois board. Here is a picture of a 6# channel I caught today while crappie fishing but I will admit I caught him on a catfish rig I had out while catching this 11" crappie and several like him.
I occasionally catch bass, stripers, catfish, and even have caught a big carp on jigs while crappie fishing.

    Where did you get it?

Fish I have caught while Crappie fishing, casting a 2" black twister with 1/16 oz black head:

    Tiger Muskie 21"
    Pike 22"max - lost giants
    Carp 25"
    Channel Cat 23"max
    Brown Bullhead
    Smallmouth 17"max
    Largemouth 22"max
    Yellow Perch
    Brook Trout
    Brown Trout
    Rainbow Trout
    Bluegill
    Pumpkinseed
    White Perch
Hybrid Striper 24"max on 4 lb line WOW
and Black Crappie by the boatload to 15.5"max

    ALL IN THE SAME LAKE!
No wonder I go "Crappie Fishing" more than anything else.

The only fish in this state I have not caught on that lure are:
    Lake Trout
    Muskie
    White Catfish
    Eel

I'm sure that is because they have not seen it yet.
I am going to try to shrink that list this year!

    Sorry for my Crappie attitude.
