    Default Mark Twain Report

Anyone fish MTL over the weekend? Hoping for hints on where to start and what to do for this weekend. Particularly South or Middle Fork since we are staying near there. Thanks for any help!

    Thumbs up

Everything I have heard is poor, poor fishing and poor on finding mushrooms.

Gambler - Sounds like you had a good day. Are they on the banks? Any big females yet?

Nothing huge, 91/2 to 11 half females half males. picked them up from right on bank to 8 ft from bank, some nice 11 inch males.caught few on bobber but most on slider, my bait of choice.

Sounds like the timing might be good or at least worth trying. Does anyone know if the old ramp on the Elk fork is under water or useable? I can't remember if 614' puts it under or not.

Just spoke to some folks that caught limits yesterday, in the rain. Still a little high and muddy but fish were near the banks. No size to brag about but enough to take limits...

    Looks like Saturday for me...
