    Default Mr Crappie Floats

I just wanted to let anyone know if they had thought of purchasing these. I purchased the 3/4" pear and 1 1/4" pear last night. The 3/4 will not float enough to hold a 1/16 oz jig and the 1 1/4" will barely hold a 1/16". They do work easly for taking on and off. The main reason I bought them to change setups quickly. I dont know if i will purchase any otheres to see if they will hold a 1/16oz jig. I wish they would label the max weight for each float. I guess they want you to spend money and find out for yourself.

I bought a couple packs of the MR Crappie green and yellow rattling floats. Havn't tried them yet. I prefer those black and orange from BPS with the weight on the stem. They cast really good nd will hold a 1/16th real good. That's what I have been using all week long.

I bought some rattling pears and one the like you said was too small. Bought some 1" and the first one leaked. The second one I used, I liked. I didn't really want the rattles but the float and fly smallmouth guys around here buy up all the regular pear shaped floats.
Ya ain't holdin' your mouth right.

I have some of the larger sizes that I use to tight line with and so I am happy. I am using 3/4 or 5/8 oz sinkers with them.
I also would like to see them label the floats for max weight.

I bet that minnow sure goes for a ride to the bottom, do 90mph to meet a nice big crappie.

    What sizes do you have?
