Looks like everyone wants the recipe. I would like it also, or is it store bought? Either way, how can we all try it. C'mon, don't hold out on us. It looks to good to pass up. Just gotta try it.

ok tortilla flour wallmart has it in the mexician food shelf four cups one cup of corn meal ...........3 eggs salt pepper ........5 pounds crappie then just put wet filets put in the mix and fry at 365 degres till done 2 min.........it is the best flour ive ever used it stays crisspy its the best i fry walleye and crappie and breams awsome batter:)
