Was going to post some pictures of crappie, but had my camera set to higher resolution and pictures are too big to post on Crappie.com. Anyone know if I can modify the pictures that I have taken already. These are roughly 600 KB and need to get them down to about 130 KB to post.
Also, they are of 'Paint Shop Photo Album 5 size'. Is it free to download Paint Shop Photo Album? and any advice on how to change the size would be appreciated!

Go to where you picture is saved, put the cursor over it and right click on it, go to "open with" - select Microsoft Office Picture Manager, once the picture comes up, click on "edit pictures" at the top, and then there is a resize tool there. If you don't have Microsoft Picture Manager on your computer, still right click, "open with" and try your other programs. Let me know if it works, cause I know some other ways.
